If you do not drive or just don’t have time we can come to your house and collect your animal and even return them when convenient.
Situations arise all the time where holiday plans go astray and time runs away. You may even be someone looking for respite care for animals due to illness or other situations. This is why we will try to be as flexible where possible in arranging a suitable time to collect your animal and return them to you after their time in our care.
Based in Southend-on-Sea we charge £1.00 per mile (starting from SS2 4DL) for each collecting and returning and will consider any distance within reason. We ask requests to consider the impact of long distance travel on animals, however, we are aware some of our services are specialist and not available nationwide so this length of travel may be necessary. We can also arrange for animals to be transported to airports if moving to another country.
We aim to be as flexible in the service we offer for people and make journeys as comfortable for animals as possible. We even have the ability to heat cold blooded animals during travel with heat mats and hot water bottles where necessary.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I need to extend the length of time I board my animal? We appreciate that things can hinder arrangements, however, if we are informed prior to the collection date we will try to accommodate longer stays where possible and charge this at our normal rate. If we are not informed prior to the collection date then any further stay in our care may be charged at an inflated cost. Please note that if animals are not collected within 2 weeks of the arranged date without notice or reason then we will assume the animals are abandoned and assume ownership.
