Insect & Arachnid Boarding
We have a range of enclosures to cater for different types of spiders, scorpions and insects depending on their size and needs. If possible we recommend that you bring your own enclosure, if small enough for travel, to prevent any stress that may occur for the animal in a new environment. Please remember to transport your animal separately to prevent any features falling and injuring the animal whilst travelling. We can provide enclosures set up for their needs and a heat source if required. We will also supply fresh water each day either in a bowl, spray or soaked cotton wool depending on the animals and your recommendation. We feed all our animal’s good quality live food that have had supplements, fresh food and water to ensure maximum nutritional content. Where vegetation is used we aim to use organic produce that has 
been well washed. Alternatively we can feed animals with food that you supply or a specialised diet upon your recommendation. Enclosures are cleaned and spot checked every day and the animals inspected for illness or injury.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my pet falls ill? We will contact you as soon as we are concerned with your animal to confirm whether you are happy with us to transport your pet to the vets. If we cannot contact you we will rely on the advice of your emergency home contact so please make them aware of any actions you may wish to undertake. You will be responsible for any vet bills upon your return.
What happens if our flights home are cancelled? We appreciate that things can hinder arrangements, however, if we are informed prior to the collection date we will try to accommodate longer stays where possible and charge this at our normal rate. If we are not informed prior to the collection date then any further stay in our care may be charged at an inflated cost. Please note that if animals are not collected within 10 days of the arranged date without notice or reason then we will assume the animals are abandoned and assume ownership.

I don’t drive will you collect my pet from home? Yes, we will come and collect your animal prior to you departure and return it to you at a later date upon arrangement.

I have other pets, will you look after these too? We can cater for a range of reptiles, amphibians, insects, arachnids, rodents, birds and parrots. We are not insured to look after cats or dogs but will consider any other animal. 
How much will it cost? Boarding prices start from as little as £1.50 per day. Collection & Delivery of your animal is in addition to the cost if required. We can also offer a 10% discount on animals sharing enclosures.
