snakes alive offers curriculum-aligned reptile and mini-beast workshops for nurseries, primary schools, and older students across all of Suffolk and parts of Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex. Our engaging sessions support key science topics such as habitats, classification, adaptation, life cycles, and animal care — with real animals that children can safely observe and handle.
Whether you’re exploring the animal kingdom in Early Years or teaching biodiversity at Key Stage 2, we tailor each workshop to suit your group’s age range and curriculum objectives. Our hands-on approach helps learners connect with nature in meaningful, memorable ways.
Groups
In addition to our educational workshops, we also provide informative and interactive animal talks for community groups such as Scouts, Guides, book clubs, youth organisations care homes, Cadets, and more. These sessions are perfect for adding excitement and enrichment to your group meetings, while encouraging curiosity and respect for the natural world.
Home School
We’re proud to support home educators as well, delivering the same engaging, curriculum-linked experience right to your home — whether you’re teaching a single child or a small group.
Safety
All sessions are delivered by experienced handlers and follow strict health and safety guidelines. Risk assessments are available upon request.
