• Your event is NOT confirmed until we receive this booking form completed AND your 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due to be paid 14 days before the event.

• In signing the declaration you are agreeing to the following basic conditions alongside the full terms outlined on the website, unless otherwise requested: 

 

- A standard plug socket (240 volt, 13 amp) must be available. Our animals often require heat sources that need to be powered. 

​

- We require an adequate sized table to put the animals on. This keeps them safe from accidentally being bumped into. 

​

- We require the animals to be kept in the same room as the encounter as we will not leave animals unattended. For their safety we need to supervise them and we are sure you don't want any loose snakes at your venue. 

​

- NO dogs, cats, rodents or other pets are permitted in the area. Predators can stress prey animals and prey could end up dinner or activating hunt mode in the animals, let's be safe and sensible. ​​

​

- Stairs should be declared in advance, failure to inform us may prevent us from completing a party. Some of our animals are very heavy and we bring them secured in large wheeled boxes. Also for staff we aim to minimise safety risks with lifting heavy objects.
