We did the reptile 2 hour experience on Sat with James (hope I have his name correct).

I wanted to let you know it was the best experience we have done. James was really good, excellent with the kids, patient, informative and chilled. The time they got with each animal was great!

The kids (and us!) really enjoyed it and have recommended it to anyone that asked how it was.
